IBPS Clerk / Customer Service Associate Recruitment 2026 - CRP CSA XVI

Bachelor's degree/graduation in any discipline from a recognised University or equivalent qualification as prescribed in the official CRP CSA-XVI notification. Candidates must also satisfy computer-literacy and State/UT local-language requirements specified by IBPS.

• IBPS has opened the Common Recruitment Process CRP CSA-XVI for recruitment of Customer Service Associates, commonly referred to as clerical posts, in participating Public Sector Banks.

• The state totals are widely reported as 11,403 vacancies.
